Hey, I'm Aaron!

Buffalo Wedding and Portrait Photographer

I'm a 28-year-old wedding and portrait photographer proudly serving Buffalo, Niagara, and the greater Western New York area—and I'm always happy to travel!

My experience

I primarily focus on Buffalo weddings and engagements, but I also photograph high school seniors, family portraits, graduations, headshots, commercial and business work, and more. The only genres I don't photograph are boudoir or newborn photography.

I believe what sets me apart from other photographers is my versatility. I capture a mix of candid, natural photos and posed, more artistic images—all tied together by my unique, colorful editing style. I also prioritize fast turnaround times (just three weeks for weddings!).

My history

My photography journey started in 2013 at Grand Island High School when I was 15 years old. I took photos for the yearbook and became known as the "kid with the camera" by my peers. One day, my friends started asking me to take their senior portraits, and I fell in love with photographing people. By 2015, I had established a solid portfolio, and officially started up business before I graduated. I pursued a business degree in college while continuing to build this “little business” of mine, started photographing weddings, and went full time after graduating in 2020. In 13 years of business, I have photographed over 100 weddings, over 1000 portrait sessions, and absolutely love what I’m able to do for people!

My life today

I usually can't sit in one place too long. You'll usually find me working from a coffee shop, library, or when I'm lucky, on an airplane or in a different city (as much as I love my hometown!). Between work and enjoying life, I’m constantly busy. Every day I wake up, I’m fortunate to do this for a living. It's not only my dream job, but also allows me to make my own schedule, travel to new places, and constantly keep my day-to-day life interesting.

When I'm not behind the camera, my interests are diverse. During the slow winter months, I love to travel and discover new places. But when I’m Buffalo, you’ll often find me grabbing food/drinks with friends, catching live music, and biking around the city. I also love playing piano and thrifting for new clothes in my spare time. Spending quality time with my family (shoutout to my supportive parents) and friends is super important to me. And of course I’m a lifelong Bills fan–so you’ll catch me watching the games every Sunday!
